Some ITK2024 information for contact persons to do within a couple of weeks

Here is some information for tasks for the next couple of weeks

• It’s time to check your information on the exhibition publication. Check your information and links, pls. If there is something to correct, reply to this mail with correction. You can load the latest version of catalog in e-commerce itkshop.fi ==> Loadable files.
  
  
• If you will have more visibility, you can reserve a place for your ad on the publication.
  
  
• Pls, notice that all the standard furniture (standard tables and chairs) must be ordered in ITK e-commerce https://itkshop.fi/lang-EN, too. They are without any fee.
  
  
• If you order chargeable things, you are getting an invoice from us closer to the conference. The wall fabric must be ordered at latest on the middle of March and other things before Easter.
  
  
• Every exhibitor booth will have a free ticket to ITK2024 lessons, one person at the same time. We'll share the Exhibitor Tickets to the booths on Wednesday 17.4.
