ITK2024 Exhibition; important in the end of March

Booking situating on the conference:
At the moment there is more than 1000 participants and "early bird" -time is still ongoing. 
Especially on Wednesday 17th of March there are near 400 teachers participating Digital learning -day of Utbildningsstyrelsen and booking is going on. Also most popular ITK-workshops are full-booked.

Furniture orders:
All of furniture orders must be done before Easter (31st of March), also the base tables and chairs of the hotel. At the beginning of the conference there is not possible to make new orders. 
There is also a lot of chargeable things to order on to booths, also before Easter. 

Aacceptance of booths and name tags
The booths will be redy at 12.00 on Tuesday 16th of April.
The Exhibition will open at 11.30 on Wednesday 17th of April
The name tags and "last minute" hints for exhibitor staff wil be shared on Wednesday morning 17th of April on the booths.
The free ticket for exhibitor to the conference lessons will be shared during Wednesday 17th on the booths, too. 

Wlan and internet
For exhibitors is dedicated wlan connections to internet. The name and passkey will be informed at the beginning of the exhibition. The public uses the free connections of Scandic. 

Co-workes names
Pls, sen us the names of your co-workers on your booth as soon as possible, at the latest on 10th of April. After that we print the name tags. 

The ITK evening party
On Thursday evening ITK evening party starts with dinner on restaurant. Make your reservations of tables before onScandic's net page (link)  
About 21.30h the party band UJO starts dancing music on the lobby of the hotel. You can see also the brass section. 
The evening  continues on the night club.
