    Things You Can Do on ITKshop.fi

    • Log in or create an account with your email address. This allows you to browse your past orders later.

    • Newsletters. Read sent and saved newsletters and instructions. The most recent one appears on top.

    • Book an exhibition space. Use the link to browse available exhibition spaces and make a reservation. A booking fee of 20% of the total price can be paid immediately via PayTrail’s payment methods (online banking, mobile payment, or card payment) or you can request an electronic invoice from us.

    • Additional orders (electricity, etc.). Use the link to browse and order an electrical connection and other commonly used exhibition supplies for your stand. Payment methods are the same as described above.

    • Exhibition staff names. The link opens a form where you can submit the names of the staff working at your exhibition stand. Name badges will be printed for them and must be worn throughout the exhibition. The badge also grants access to discounted meals at Tampere Hall’s staff restaurant, Kanttiini.

    • Reserve a lunch ticket. Use the link to pre-order and pay for an affordable public lunch at Tampere Hall’s restaurants. Use this option if you want to dine in the same space as your customers.

    • Meeting Room and Info Session Bookings
      You can make reservations via the link for:

      • Meeting rooms in the staff restaurant area on the 2nd floor of Tampere Hall, available for exhibitors' meetings or conferences. Rooms can be booked for either one or two hours at a time. The rental price is €100 per hour, with payment methods as previously described.

      • Presentation space for exhibitor info sessions in OPUS 2. Each info session lasts 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute discussion and transition period. This space is free of charge for exhibitors.

    • Content description. Use the link to provide information about what you plan to showcase at your exhibition stand and your primary target audience. These descriptions will be compiled into summaries, instructions, and guides for the ITK exhibition to help ITK conference attendees navigate the exhibition area.

    • Publications and ITK logos. The link redirects to the online bookstore, where you can order ITK publications free of charge, including the ITK article publication, ITK program leaflet, ITK floor plans, and ITK logo package for use in your company’s communications.

    • ITK company information. The link opens an information page about the ITK organization, including contact details.
